You have 100 days from the receipt of your order. It is free in Canada.
RETURN PARCEL
Send us an email from the «Contact Us» page specifying which product(s) you wish to return and what your order reference is.
EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT
If you wish to exchange your product, please tell us and mention the product you wish to replace. Our customer service will then come back to you to validate your request. The exchange will be sent upon receipt of your return. The exchange is accepted if there is no change in price. Otherwise, the refund is applied and you can place an order again.

Put the item back in its original packaging, unwashed, and within the withdrawal period. Place the return slip inside the package and stick the shipping label on the package.

RETURN AN ITEM
Drop off the package at the location indicated on the return slip. Kadolis will take care of the shipping costs, so you don't have to pay anything: it's simple and free! Don't forget to keep the receipt stamped by the drop-off office.
RETURN PROCESSING
We will refund you within 14 days, on the payment method you used. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement. Exchanged items will be shipped upon receipt of your return.
CONDITION OF REPAYMENT
The item must be returned in its original packaging, unwashed, packed in a box, and within 100 days. A non-conforming return will generate a fee for repair deducted from your refund. The shipping costs "outward" are not refunded.
